When the customer texts the number they will automatically sent a menu as well as basic instructions for using our service. As the customer places orders they receive directions as they proceed with the ordering process so they never feel lost.
After the customer finishes ordering an item they are prompted to leave notes or special requests for the chef.
If a customer remains inactive for over 30 minutes, the order will be reset.
You can access the queue from the login portal on this website. This is where you can see queue items and manage orders as they come in.
The payments are sent directly to your Stripe or Paypal account.
